Brian has 13 years in real estate acquisition and investing and 21 years of business development & marketing experience in the business world.

As a Managing Partner of Blue Real Estate Investments, Brian is  responsible for acquisitions and investor relations.  Integrity, transparency, exceptional communication, and delivering results to investors are at the core of every decision he makes.

Dugan P. Kelley co-founded Kelley Clarke, PLLC with the mission to deliver big firm expertise and experience to our local community.  Mr. Kelley chairs the firm’s real estate practice group, assisting clients in all phases of multi-family, commercial, and residential acquisitions or sales.
